We LOVE soup- It goes great with our breads and can heal frozen hearts and stubborn gutz in cold season. All our soup is Sold Frozen. We make them at the peak harvest and freeze for best flavor. Our soups are THICK; packed in 16 oz containers- Add water, cream or stock to thin to your preference, we also keep the salt low to appease many diets so prepare to salt to your taste. All Packaging is compostable in a home heap.

Carrot Ginger Soup (vegan) Thick enough to be a dip, perfectly spiced by local ginger for a full on fall dish. We steam cook local organic Carrots, onions, ginger, apples, Irish moss seaweed, salt, black pepper, Chile pepper, Coriander & Turmeric together for a fresh and smooth Soup.

Tomato Soup (vegan) Made with Diggers Mirth Organic Tomatoes and veggies; Onions, Carrots, Garlic, & Herbs.

Veggie Broth: Made with Organic ICF Veggies, Mushrooms, Garlic, Lemongrass, Ginger & Kelp this broth is PACKED with nutrients and flavor- great to mix with our other soups or as a base to your favorite noodles.
