We LOVE soup- It goes great with our breads and can heal frozen hearts and stubborn gutz. All our soup is Sold Frozen. We make them at the peak harvest and freeze for best flavor. Our soups are THICK; packed in 32oz containers- Add water, cream or stock to thin to your preference, we also keep the salt low to appease many diets so prepare to salt to your taste. All Packaging is compostable in a home heap.
Sunshine Soup (vegan) Thick enough to be a dip, perfectly spiced by local ginger. We steam cook local organic Carrots, onions, ginger, apples, Irish moss seaweed, salt, black pepper, Chile pepper, Coriander & Turmeric blended together for a smooth Soup
Tomato Soup (Vegan) slow cooked VT tomatoes with carrots, onions, garlic and herbs from the garden. Summer on a spoon- Eat hot or cold - add some heat and its a salsa! Add some cream and serve it up with grilled cheese (our bread makes a great one!)
