Maple Sourdough Bread

This bread is perfect for toast or soft sandwiches. It keeps well on the counter all week wrapped in a towel or face down on a board. Older slices make wonderful french toast or croutons.

We make the dough with Local & regional organic flours, Organic flax seeds, Organic sunflower oil, Vermont Maple syrup & NY cave salt. Then slow fermented with sourdough culture, fried in GMO-free Sunflower oil, and glazed with local fruits and herbs mixed with organic cane sugar to curate a range of seasonal flavors from the bounty of our shared land.

  • All ingredients are grown with-out the use of GMO seed & free of Glyphosate (herbicide).

  • All dough is vegan and made in a home free of nuts and live animals.
