This bread is perfect for toast or soft sandwiches. It keeps well on the counter all week wrapped in a towel or face down on a board. Older slices make wonderful french toast or croutons.

Organic, local ingredients

My base dough is made with Quebec Organic White Wheat flour, Rodgers Farmstead Milled Organic Whole Wheat flour, Organic Thornhill Farm Rye, Organic flax seeds, Organic sunflower oil, Vermont Maple syrup & NY cave salt & Sourdough culture. Slowly fermented over 24 hours, fried in GMO-free Sunflower oil, and glazed with local organic fruits and homegrown herbs to curate a range of seasonal flavors straight from our community.

Fossil fuel free - Each 3.5# loaf is baked in an electric oven, which eliminates the need for fossil fuel in the baking process.

Repurposed packaging - Each item is packaged with a seasonal seed card so you can grow your own greens!
